SUMMERSTAGE: Nickel Creek & Fiona Apple teaming up... love em both. And I'm imagining Nickel Creek will force Fiona to stay a bit more melodic live, while still featuring lots of improv (her live shows can at times feature so much spontaneity (and angst) that they can become a little too cacophonous).
